麻油豬腰 做法
做法:
1.豬腰沖洗切片(薄的哦),記得要把店家對切過後的剖面
上頭可能還有白白紅紅的 , 一概挖乾淨, 才不會有腥味
2.老薑切片。
3.麻油與老薑一起爆香後，將豬腰放入熱鍋中炒，再倒進米酒，加入味素及鹽，煮熟即可，千萬不可煮太久，這樣才會嫩。
